The fix is in if you like it or not! All the signs are there Falcons fans! Repeat after me “THE FIX IS IN”! IMO Bill Belichick will be the Falcons 6th head coach hired under the Arthur Blank ownership era dating back to 2002 and let me explain why and what each involved parties motivation to making this happen! Hold on because we are going down the rabbit hole with this one! Also before we go further this is your normal barbershop talk debate but I like my stance so I want to know what the rest of the barbershop thinks of my theory. And here….we….go…..
1st of all the way the owner of the patriots “Robert Kraft” let Bill go without trading him for picks let me know that Mr Kraft has probably talked with Arthur Blank about the Falcon possibly hiring Bill to be our next head coach. Robert wouldn’t allow Bill Belichick to go to the Bills freely because they would have to see Bill two times a year and he didn’t want bill going to an AFC team where Bill could be a roadblock for the Patriots in the playoffs! Robert Kraft was probably like “I’ll let you go if you make sure it's an NFC team you take the job for BIll”. That’s from Mr Kraft point of view on why he would let Bill go without compensation. Now Robert Kraft doesn’t look like the bad guy for holding the coach that made his laughing stock of an organization into a standard for what an franchise should be in the NFL for some draft picks being petty on controlling where Bill could coach at next. He deserves to leave on his own accord tbh so with this wink wink deal allegedly all three parties get what they want imo!
Now let’s talk about Arthur Blank’s/Rich McKay motivation to get Bill Belichick As our next head coach. Right now for the first time since Arthur has bought the team he has seen public vitreal on social media towards him as our owner. To the point we have seen people defaulting on PSL’s left and right and once the people in the suites start to pull their psl/season tickets something dramatic has to happen. Mind you the decision to hire coach Belichick will probably split the fanbase of the falcons down the middle due to him being the coach against our falcons for our most embarrassing game in franchise and professional sports history 28-3.
It will show that Mr Blank is willing to do something different in order to try to win! Something that was being questioned at the infamous firing of coach Arthur Smith presser. Him and Rich McKay keep picking young coach that doesn’t have the experience to capture a championship this city and organization has longed for tbh, so maybe it is time for the Falcons organization to switch it up and hire an grizzled veteran coach in a Dan Reeves burn! Enter the goat coach of the NFL Bill Belichick as that mold of a head coach for the Atlanta Falcons! Look Bill isn’t my first or second or third choice, but I’m reserved to the fact that Coach Belichick will be our new coach. He can develop a winning culture/structure we have never achieved in my 49 years being on this earth! Well at least on paper he could establish “A FALCONS WAY” of going about the BUSINESS of Football! That’s something I feel Arthur Blank really wants to build for his franchise and for the city of Atlanta, but has to failed to do so up until this moment. Bill could at long last achieve that for Mr Blank and leave a legacy of winning in this city outside of his soccer team “The Atlanta United”!
Now let’s go over the motivation of why Bill Belichick would want to come to the lowly Atlanta Falcons franchise. Bill is a prideful man as most HOF people are and he feels like he still has the ability to build another championship caliber team under his watch. He also is 15 WINS AWAY FROM surpassing the late great Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula for the all time wins leader in NFL HISTORY! What division in the NFL that is the undisputed worst in the NFL?
The NFC SOUTH that’s who and the Falcons are literally the best avenue for coach Bill Belichick to accomplish that goal imo. Coach Belichick will also be given any power he desires as we see our GM Terry Fontenot is basically a salary cap/player personnel/draft scout specialist and will be knocked down to just salary cap/scout guy with Bill in the building. (Shout out to Tidy Jones of “Atlanta Birdgang” on YouTube and facebook) Last night/early this morning I had the pleasure of being on the falcons fan’s FAVORITE LATE NIGHT Falcons content show called “The Waffle House” and we was talking about this very subject and shout out to “Andre Davis” (of The Coaches Corner on YouTube) who was on the panel with me that open my eyes to Coach Belichick wanting to pass Don Shula.
Bill has visited the Washington Commanders and it’s a no go for that organization. Jim Harbaugh has said he wants to go to a legendary franchise and he looks really good in all black, so that’s a nod to the raiders imo as his landing spot in the NFL. The presser the Falcons just had was an absolute mess from what most fans and media have clearly stated, so maybe Arthur Blsnk may feel like he has to make a huge splash and Bill would do that nationally imo!
